Our Valley Forge Run will be a running centered meet at Valley Forge National Park. We will meet in the Yellow Springs Trail parking lot at 5:00 PM where we will begin warm-ups, we will run at 5:20 PM. There will be multiple distance options to help accommodate performance levels of everyone that comes out!
